About me

I’ve been resistance training since 2015, when I was a varsity basketball player in high school. What started as performance training quickly turned into a deeper understanding of how to shape and change the body with intention.

Today, I’m certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association as both a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) — but more importantly, I specialize in applying that knowledge to real people with real lifestyles.

My Approach

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all fitness.

Living and working in New York City, I’ve trained:

  • Busy women balancing demanding careers

  • Clients who’ve had cosmetic procedures but want to refine and maintain their results

  • Marathon runners with full-time office jobs who need strength without burnout

Every program I design is built around your schedule, your body, and your goals, not a template.

Why I Do This

My approach is also shaped by my own experience.

I have PCOS, and for a long time, I struggled with carrying weight in my midsection — something a lot of women deal with but don’t always talk about. Through structured training, nutrition, and consistency, I was able to completely recompose my body.

I didn’t just lose weight — I built shape.

Today, I’ve created a balanced, hourglass physique through intentional muscle development and fat loss, and that’s exactly what I help my clients achieve.
